How It Works:

The first thing I will do is to set up a no obligation assessment in the home where the service will be provided. At that time I will discuss the way you like to eat on a weekly basis. We will go over your likes, dislikes, allergies, dietary concerns, etc.

If after the assessment you want to try the service, I will work on a personalized menu based on everything we discussed. Once you choose the menu items you want, we set up a cook date for me to come in and prepare your meals for you.

On the day of cooking, I will go to the market and hand select the ingredients that will be used that day. I then come to your home and prepare everything in your kitchen using my own equipment. Once everything is prepared, it will be put in containers, labeled and stored with heating instructions for each item. Your kitchen will then be left clean, and full of wonderful aromas.
