Each dish serves 8-10 guests

 

 

Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms Caps – with a sweet sausage stuffing topped with cheese

 

Bacon Wrapped Scallops – brushed with Maine Maple Syrup

 

Pizzettes - with Gorgonzola, Fresh Tomato and Basil – Tiny Pizzas

 

Hot Artichoke Dip – Artichokes, Grated Parmesan Cheese, Garlic and spices warmed and served with homemade bread crisps

 

Mini Caprese Bites – Cherry Tomatoes with Mozzarella and Basil Dressing

 

Endive Stuffed with Goat Cheese and Honey Walnuts – with a Tangerine slice makes this an elegant and tasty treat.

 

Brie En Croute – Brie Wheel with Jam, Toasted Pecans, Wrapped in a Puff Pantry, served with crackers

 

Pizza Dip – Mom’s Party Favorite with cream cheese, instead of crust, topped with tangy sauce, diced vegetable, pizza cheese and pepperoni. Served with warm nacho chips

 

Bruschetta - Diced tomatoes, fresh basil and Parmesan cheese on French bread.

 

Cheesy Bacon Delights - sharp cheddar cheese, with bacon bits spread on cocktail bread and broiled to perfection.


 

Orange Marmalade Chicken - marinated chicken chunks, water chestnuts and wrapped in bacon.

 

Sweet & Sour Meatballs - Nanas secret meatball recipe, slow-cooked in a sweet and sour sauce.

 

Crab Cakes- with corn flaked coating and honey mustard sauce.

 

Salad Bars - chopped veggies mixed with seasoned cream cheese, spread on flaky crust and topped with pizza cheese

 

Guacamole Dip - served with warm nacho chips.

 

Taco Dip - seasoned cream cheese topped with diced vegetables and pizza cheese. Served with warm nacho chips.

 

Cranberry/Orange Cheese Ball - Cream Cheese, Dried Cranberries, Cinnamon, Rolled in Walnuts, served with crackers


  

Hearty Casseroles

Chicken Divan - Chicken chunks, with broccoli and tangy mayonnaise sauce, topped with buttered breadcrumbs.

          

Macaroni & Cheese- Pasta swirls, mixed with four cheeses, topped with butter soaked breadcrumbs

          

Spinach Feta Lasagna - Greek lasagna with olives, feta cheese & spinach.

          

Nana’s Broccoli Casserole - Broccoli, cream of celery soup and buttered breadcrumbs, topped with Parmesan cheese.

Tomato & Bacon Potato Salad - with sour cream and mustard dressing.

 Cabbage Salad - with noodles, green onions, toasted almond slices and tossed with a sweet vinegar dressing.

Chunky Chicken Salad - with red grapes, celery and blue cheese dressing. Served on thick-crusted bread.

Veggie Wraps -fresh vegetables wrapped in a tortilla shell and drizzled with balsamic vinaigrette.

Sweet Potato Roll-ups - with baby spinach, sautéed onions and a special sweet & sour sauce.

Tuna Fish – with celery, curry spice, lettuce on a bulky roll

 

Lunches includes your choice of sandwich and salad

Grilled Chicken Kabobs - chicken sautéed in an orange marmalade sauce, skewered with red peppers and water chestnuts.

Cheese Stuffed Zucchini - grilled a golden brown.

Traditional burgers and hot-dogs - prepared the family secret way.

Pumpkin Whoopie Pies - bite sized whoopie pies with cream cheese filling.

 

Apple Crumble - like apple crisp, but better, Cake topping with cinnamon and nutmeg, drizzled with melted butter.

 

Berry Crumble - like apple crumble, but with blueberries, raspberries and blackberries.


Peanut Butter Bonbons- peanut butter and graham cracker filling, dipped in chocolate.


No-Bake Cookies - peanut butter, oatmeal, fudge cookies.
